Double Injection, also known as 2K (two-component) injection molding, is a manufacturing process where two distinct materials are sequentially injected into a single mold to create a multi-material or multi-colored part in one cycle. This technique enables the integration of materials with different properties (e.g., rigid + flexible, transparent + opaque) into a unified component.
